Adam W. Martin is a senior associate in our Cleveland office where his litigation practice focuses on the areas of trucking and transportation, general liability, automobile warranty and products liability defense. He has been intricately involved in numerous multi-million dollar exposure cases, and has obtained positive results for his clients in trial and, when appropriate, at arbitration. Licensed to practice in both Ohio and West Virginia, Adam has continuously proven himself as a vigorous defender and zealous advocate of the clients he represents.
Prior to joining our firm, Adam received Outstanding Advocate honors while competing on behalf of the University of Akron School of Law Trial Team. While in law school, Adam served as judicial assistant to a Summit County, Ohio trial judge and served as vice president of the student chapter of the Law School Trial Advocacy organization.
Adam volunteers his time to assist the nationally acclaimed University of Akron competition trial team program. He is married and resides in Broadview Heights, Ohio.
