Christina J. Marshall is a Shareholder in our Cleveland office where her litigation and appellate practice is concentrated in the areas of automobile and medical device products liability, warranty and consumer liability, and excess insurance defense. Ms. Marshall has tried both civil and criminal cases throughout the State of Ohio, and has successfully argued in front of numerous appellate courts, including The Supreme Court of Ohio.
Ms. Marshall received her undergraduate degree from St. Louis University, and her joint Law and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Akron. She is a former Assistant Prosecutor and Chief of Appellate Division of Summit County, and a former member and assistant coach of the nationally acclaimed University of Akron trial team. As a competitor, she was a three-time regional champion and was ranked fifth in the nation overall, over two consecutive years.
Ms. Marshall is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, and is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Marshall has also been named as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. This honor is awarded to attorneys who are among the elite trial and appellate lawyers within their practice areas throughout the United States.
