John is recognized as one of the premier medical malpractice defense attorneys in the State of Ohio. He brings 34 years of trial experience to our firm. That experience includes serving as a Cuyahoga County prosecutor, during which time John tried one of the most noteworthy criminal cases in Cleveland history. After leaving the prosecutor’s office, John began a distinguished career during which he has tried dozens of civil cases. John has successfully defended many of Ohio’s most prominent physicians and health care centers. His reputation for excellence has led to a life appointment to the Ohio Eighth Judicial District Conference.
In addition to continuing his medical defense practice, John's trial expertise provides continual strength to our firm's products liability and catastrophic loss practice areas.
John has also been named as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. This honor is awarded to attorneys who are among the elite trial and appellate lawyers within their practice areas throughout the United States.
The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the face of the American bar. Membership is limited, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers and is by invitation only. The composition of the LCA is aggressively diverse, with recognition of excellence among American litigation and trial counsel across all segments of the bar.
