Senior Associate Jason P. Ferrante is an advocate for physicians, hospitals, travel corporations and tour operators. Ohio Super Lawyer magazine has described him as a Rising Star in medical malpractice litigation. Handling cases across Ohio and throughout the country, Jason has consistently delivered positive outcomes during all aspects of litigation, including multiple summary judgment rulings and, when necessary, favorable mediation results. His active community involvement led to an appointment and service on the University Heights, Ohio Charter Review Commission.
Prior to joining Sutter O’Connell as one of the firm’s first law clerks, he spent several years developing a successful sports marketing and internet communications career in Ohio and Illinois. His work for the Cleveland Browns Trust significantly contributed to the return of the Cleveland Browns to the National Football League in 1999. Jason has also worked for a North Carolina firm specializing in NASCAR sponsorship, as well as with a Chicago-based arena developer. All of this came after graduating as President of his senior class at Ohio University and having the honor of delivering the commencement address.
