Denise concentrates her practice on products liability cases. Her trial experience includes automotive, athletic equipment, machine tools, pleasure boats and asbestos products. Her experience also includes warranty/lemon law cases, as well as medical malpractice and insurance litigation. Much of her courtroom experience has involved claims of brain damage and paraplegia.
Published in the Cleveland State Law Review, Denise has been featured as a speaker at numerous seminars, including the 2001 DRI Products Liability seminar held in Los Angeles.
A Pennsylvania native and a former Division I college gymnast, Denise worked as a Fitness and Marketing Assistant before attending law school.
Denise is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Tennessee.
